More than one million bottles of all types contain Cricova wine-cellars: unique French, Italian, Spanish wines, as well as from other countries of the world. The oldest ones are dated back to the year of 1902. Uniqueness of the collection is in its constant renewal and meeting the most exquisite tastes and wine experts.
Cricova Industrial Complex is the only enterprise in the republic producing Champaign by classical method of bottle fermentation up to three years’ seasoning.
The cellars’ natural limestone “breathes” and helps to keep constant temperature – 12-14 degrees Celsius and humidity of 97-98% - optimal conditions for vintage high quality wines’ aging. And these are extraordinary in Cricova – refined, delicious and all-sufficient.
Assessing Cricova Wine Complex a reputed wine-maker with the worldly-known name, professor M. Gherasimov wrote: “By its microclimate Cricova winestores have no match not only in the country but abroad as well”.
